Ángeles Muñoz: "Without an Urban Plan Marbella’s recovery would have been impossible"

According to an article in the Sur in English, the Marbella town hall approve a new urbanisation plan which shall bring stability into the Marbella property market. Does this plan end the real estate crisis in Marbella? What do you think?
